These Terms of Sale govern consumer purchases made through gabinel.shop from GABINEL.

They should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to consumer orders placed through gabinel.shop.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that the purchase is made in accordance with applicable law.

2. Product Information

The essential characteristics of products are presented on the relevant product pages.

Customers should review product descriptions, quantities, specifications and other relevant information before ordering.

Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's device or display settings.

3. Prices and VAT

Product prices are displayed in EUR (€).

Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable delivery charges are displayed before completion of the purchase.

Standard shipping costs €7.99.

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Order Process

Customers select the products they wish to purchase and proceed through the online checkout process.

Before submitting an order, customers should review the products selected, quantities, prices, delivery information, shipping charges and total amount payable.

Customers should correct any errors before submitting the order.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.

An electronic order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

GABINEL may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including payment failure, product unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a significant technical error or an unsupported delivery address.

Where payment has already been collected for an order subsequently cancelled by GABINEL, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Delivery Area

GABINEL delivers only to supported addresses within mainland metropolitan France.

We do not deliver to:

Corsica
Other islands
French overseas departments or territories
Military bases
PO Boxes
Addresses outside our supported mainland metropolitan France delivery area

9. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping costs €7.99.

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the customer completes the order.

10. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated transit time following dispatch is 3–5 business days.

The daily order cut-off time is 16:00.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off are processed from the following business day.

11. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance sale, consumers have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to notify GABINEL of their decision to withdraw without having to provide a reason.

The exercise of statutory withdrawal rights is governed by applicable consumer law.

12. 30-Day Commercial Return Policy

In addition to applicable statutory rights, GABINEL provides customers with a 30-day commercial return period, calculated from receipt of the order.

This commercial return policy does not replace, reduce or restrict the statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer rights.

13. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns accepted under GABINEL's 30-day commercial return policy, GABINEL bears the standard return shipping cost.

Customers should contact GABINEL before returning a product so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided.

Returns should be sent according to the instructions provided by GABINEL.

14. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability and the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers wishing to request an exchange should contact support@gabinel.shop.

15. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, GABINEL aims to process an approved refund within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The 3-business-day period is GABINEL's commercial processing target and does not restrict any applicable statutory refund rights.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear on the customer's account may additionally depend on the customer's payment provider or financial institution.

16. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

Customers who receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order should contact:

Customers should provide sufficient information to allow GABINEL to review the issue.

Where GABINEL is responsible for the problem, GABINEL bears the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

17. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers benefit from applicable mandatory statutory guarantees, including the French legal guarantee of conformity where applicable.

These statutory rights are separate from GABINEL's 30-day commercial return policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale reduces, replaces or restricts mandatory statutory guarantee rights available to consumers.

18. Liability

GABINEL remains responsible in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction would be prohibited by applicable law.
